Due to the great expense for paper and postage, we are discontinuing the paper version of our quarterly Newsletters. Notification of their availability will be sent by email and viewed on our web site.

We are also required by the FCC to send a notification when you make name or address changes on your account. We can do this more efficiently through email.

We would also like to use email for special notifications of added services, upgrades, price changes or other notices required by government agencies.
