Due to funds transfer policies, a payment today may not be received by the due date of your account. Please call our office to make an immediate payment over the phone.

Please Note: payments made through CDS GLOBAL takes several days for the fund to transfer to your account. We recommend you set up ACH Autopay or make a payment between the 5th-20th of each month for funds to transfer in time.

When setting up access to CentraCom online bill pay for the first time, you will be asked to enter a Security Code. The Security Code is as follows: 384 followed by the last four digits of the main phone number on the CentraCom account. For example, if the main phone number on your account is 555-1234, then your security code would be 3841234. If you have problems accessing your account, you may need to call the main office (1-800-427-8449) to verify the phone number on the account.
