   By opting into CentraCom SMS services, you agree to receive recurring text messages from related to:

   • Service updates (e.g., scheduling, repair completion, delays)
   • Notifications (e.g. outages, billing or account changes)
   • Exclusive promotions and special announcements

   Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with CentraCom.

2. Opt-In and Consent
   

   You may opt-in by providing your mobile number in person or via phone at CentraCom / 435-427-3331. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to receive SMS messages.

   We document all opt-ins in our customer management system to ensure compliance.

3. Opt-Out and Help
   • To stop receiving messages, text STOP at any time.
   • After sending “STOP,” you will receive one final confirmation message.
